Just got back from a fishing trip

Took my pops & a friend out fishing.....killer fishing peir, its an old bridge that parrallels the new one, so its roughly 2 miles long & crosses the entire river (which opens into the atlantic, so salt water), it was right near the naval base....so it had 2 bridge structures, plus power line towers about 300 yards out, which made for some serious fish structure.

Anyways, just fishing with squid & caught a couple dozen, quite large enough to keep but we had just had a seafood dinner so no one felt like cleaning them. A ton of fun.

Nothing resets your mind like a nice fishing trip....& honestly it beats going out in a boat, because theres no clean up afterwords.

Good weekend

I'm with ya man, nothing is more relaxing than a fishing trip; nothing. Have you ever done a fly-in trip up in Canada?

I mostly stick to the chesapeak bay & tidal rivers though
