need some info about ibill...

yeah, it's another one of those endless ibill threads but i couldn't get a coupld of things clear... i'm gonna keep it short:

1) what WERE and what ARE ibill's probs - just the reporting OR the SUs as well?

2) who got affected - the paysite operators OR the affiliates OR both of them? --- IMO just the affiliates 'cause all major sponsors keep on using ibill as if nothing has ever happened.. but i might be wrong 'cause i use ccbill on my paysites...

any input is apprecialted...

IBILL`s CMI (administration/reporting module) has been having problems - many of the reporting options did not function correctly causing errors in the reports.

As far as i know the signup pages were up during these periods.

Revshare users may also have had problems, as they use the CMI module too.

Yes - signups seemed steady, except for the reporting which sometimes caused the signups to show up 1 day later at the CMI.

Who's to say?

I just lost ANOTHER 30 rebills in this latest fuck up. The last time they did this....oh 6 to 8 weeks ago, they never came back. I don't see signups, I don't see rebills, and sponsors with revshare programs are saying that signups are the same, but some of them admit to seeing more "non-revshare" signups than usual.

You figure it out...I already did and I'm a) not promoting ANYONE using iBill any longer, and b) just opened a CCbill account for my new site.
