Sorry I went out to eat, for some reason I've been thinking a lot about this thread in my time away I've come up with "what should have been said".
Lenny, I don't know what you do or who you are but you've been a member of this board since at least 2001. Surely you've noticed the concentration of bullshitters on this board (and industry as a whole) claiming everything is on the up and up when in fact it couldnt be further from the truth.
Claiming that 'I suck' doesn't hold water as you don't know what I do or who I am - but on the same note my assumption that "the majority", as I've misstated, are lower in adult revenue is also just an assumption.
Truth be told, my slice of the adult pie has shrunk considerably and I know of several others who experienced the same. To deny this is foolish - but to assume the majority of players are experiencing it, well that's just as foolish. The industry has a lot more participants then when I first started and my generation was ten fold the one before us - each addition of new members slices a little bit more of the pie for themselves.
Yes I agree there are people who are growing in this industry, people who have just started a program, people who've developed new software, hundreds of new B2B services, even new methods of promotion. In my personal opinion are all the people who posted that they're making 5x the revenue really doing so - no. It's hot air. Keep in mind I'm thinking about those of us who earn our livings from adult. Not those who've gone from one sale a month to two.
