From there choose your settings... viola

The real trick bro is tweeking your setting from the defaults AP gives you. I could give you my settings, but then I'd have to charge you.

I export movie, then open windows media encoder. should knock it down to about 5meg

Yeah, export to avi and check the deinterlace option box in the export settings.

Then load into the free windows media encoder. For some reason I get better results that way and it is faster.

If you ever want good video training just buy the total training dvds. Expensive, but they get you up to speed fast.
