Great job man, keep it up. As soon as I decide on an treadmill or other device to keep me occupied during the quit period, I'm joining you. I get restless as hell when I try to quit, need a toy to play with, so I figure 2 birds, 1 stone.

Smoking sucks.
I can smoke when i want, and seem to give up easily enough. I never crave the shit. When i go out to clubs, i sometimes smoke, but the next day when i wake up, i don't even think about having one...
