Does anyone do any offline marketing....radio, print ( mags ) etc.... If so has it worked?

I have magazine ads in about 15 magazines, I do mailings once a month to 25,000 names, and I have 2 billboards. I ran radio ads for 2 months but didn't get any type of return on those so I feel I wasted $10k on that.
