Where Did The Babylon-x Post Go?!

What happened to the post "Babylon-X Ressurected" ??? That was quite an interesting post, and some of my friends wanted to see it also.
If anyone remembers the most interesting details, please reply!

Babylon-X was and is still the "bad-boy" of the porn industry, that's what happened!

But imagine a world where everyone kisses ass....

Any complaint xpays has would be well justified. Is it bitching to get upset when someone is stealing from you?

ding ding ding

We have the correct perspective.

No it is not bitching. Evan's legal team is going to have fun. I wonder how long those images will remain up, would be nice to run a book operation on that and take some wagers here. Too bad I'm not into that action.

I'd give it 1 month before those images are off, 3 tops.

But how can anyone respect a company like Xpays, whos main attraction is an unvolunteer porn-star? All footage on the web under copyrights is VOLUNTEER! Women who by choise exploits themselves and get paid, all except the Paris video that Xpays so aggresively defends! They are fakes!

The bitching might be justified, but why close the thread ?
GFY has already ruled that BabylonBucks is illegal ? That's what closing that thread is telling me. That I should avoid Babylon-X. In which case, I think I will.

You are a fool as well as a thief if you think for a moment that Paris Hilton is not a willing and knowing participant in the creation and marketing of the One Night In Paris dvd. She completely is in on that deal and thats the reason you have never heard about a single lawsuit being filed by the Hiltons against xpays over the material.

I cannot understand why anyone would send traffic to you guys. If you show a complete disregard to ethics in your content, why should anyone believe that payout will be any different?

Illegal according to some US jusristictions maybe, but not illegal in the rest of the world. There's 6,5 billion people in the world, why should 300 million of them be the jugde of what right and wrong? We work legally according to the juristiction we apply under!

babylon would have some 2257 issues on top of the copyright infringement - which we do not. scoreman knows what is up and babylon is not a badboy - just bad.

Ah finally you're here Xpays! Gonne close this thread too?

2257 means nothing in this matter. Goes only for companies who are US based, we are not!
This is legal and profitable to all webmaster who chooses to use it, according to the juristiction we are under!

OK, let's get one thing straight!
We work on EU legislation! This is a bit more sane than the US version. On this board the main theme is US, so some might think US is Alpha/Omega - it's not!
You may choose a non-US sponsor if you want, and without risk!
Please forget the "who's right / who's wrong" this is all about:
1: Legitimacy
2: Payout

on those counts BabylonBucks is 100% safe!

If you accept US clients, they can get you for doing business in the US. You also use a US based processor (WTS), bill in US dollars and have a North American customer support phone number which further supports that you are doing business in the US.

It doesn't matter where your business is incorported, if you have US customers you potentially subject yourself to US law.

Of course this doesn't mean that US law could be actually enforced against you, that would depend on other factors.

Should any americans feel offended by any of my statements, I do appologize! I have nothing against your country, although some of you sometimes act a bit to arrogant for my taste.
