Contact me if you know of a good company to work for outside of Toronto. I'm moving very soon and want to work very hard for the right organization. Do any firms cover the cost of moving/transportation or is this unlikely?

Sounds like you need to get into something like GE or so. Those companies have the drive to keep employees on board for a while. Germany is not to bad to work in, although the taxes are fairly high.
