www.hoecams.com is a PR4 and www.biggerblog.com is a PR3

You would get traffic but that's not really what I'm selling so I'm not sharing stats.

No. I think it's dirt cheap especially with the traffic.

Hardlinks are also one of the primary factors used in ranking sites in the major search engines.
