Europeans: IRS W8 Form - HEEEEELP :||

Some non-adult affiliate programs requested to fax them a W8 Form as I am from Europe.

Who knows what exact form they need? Anything to consider?

Maybe somebody on here has experience with W8 forms and can give me some advice/suggestions. I don't want to hire an expensive local lawyer that is specialized in USA tax regulations ..

They actually shouldn't need this. IRS rule is that the income paid by US companies/persons isn't considered 'US source' income for personal services if the service is provided outside of the United States, and therefore no withholding or reporting requirements are necessary. There's a rather large adult company too that have ignorant accountants who tell them to ask for that. It's bad enough having to give my soul and the size of my smalls to tax people in my own country - fuck giving it to the US taxman too especially when there's no reason to be doing so.
