Well if you are running a P4, don't get a FIC motherboard. Trust me! I have a P4 1.7 Gig with XP Prof and had a FIC motherboard, and the computer would reboot at random.

So I battled with Frys Electronics (fucking morons) and finally got the money back and went to Comp USA and bought a SOYO i845 ATX motherboard, and it works great now

Another vote for ABIT here. I've heared good things about Chaintech but no personal experience.

ASUS, is the Rolls of mother boards....

Think it will cost more than $ 200.00 though.
