Windows Xp Promblem !
I have windows 98 and windows xp.
when i start my computer there is a message to choose to srart with windows xp or windows 98. And i got 30 seconds to choose. How do i change those 30 seconds to 10 seconds? Where ? |

there is a hidden system file named boot.ini in the root dir
it looks like this [boot loader] timeout=30 default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT etc. ONLY change the timeout value |

Go to control panel/ system/ advanced/ startup and Recovery/ settings. The first line shows "time to show operating sytem on start up, you can set it to whatever you like.
