If you show them a side that they arent willing to goto then they will back down. Barking and biting are two different things, if there were no stopping them they wouldnt spend any time with rhetoric, it would just be a stream of attacks. Hence they can be stopped, and showing them a man who doesnt bark, but just bites, can go a long way.

That's the stupidest fucking thing I've ever heard in my life. Before world world one there was no sleeper cells inside the united states, possibly able to get nuclear weapons. Doing shit like that would only guarantee an American Hiroshima. The fact that an adult could actually think something like that will put an end to terrorist attacks is frightening.
