CCBill Finally Fixed Their Shit!

HAHA!

Have any of you noticed how CCBill fixed their Piss-poor conversions?
They just stopped counting half the traffic. Quick fix to a problem. I'm sure most webmasters wouldn't even have noticed. Our hits yesterday to CCbill affiliates were almost EXACTLY 50% of what the average was for the previous month. Of course our shitty sales numbers were the same. But instead of showing 1:900 we were showing 1:450.

So over the last 6 months we have lost 30+ sales a day on the same amount of traffic and now we "appear" to have lost 10,000+ hits overnight!

Come on CCBill! We are smarter than that! Get your shit together!

Hmmm yeah.
They wrote about reporting problems in admin....

...and signups/rebills etc look really weird for the last days, sort of coming in big groups - then a while with nothing - then another round....very weird to look at.

CCbill and Epoch had "reporting problems" at the same time.. involving the last 10 days of July.

Only yesterday and the day before did these hit stats start showing way lower.

We are aware of a problem with the clicks stats and it should be resolved shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yeah, it took me a few hours to realize what was going on. At first, I nearly had a heart attack, but then I realized the problem was on their end....phew!

They contacted me in ICQ and told me that I was the first to bring this up.
I have read it on a few boardas already.

They say they are now "working" on the problem, but they have no idea why the conversions have gone to shit over the past few months

Last month was my best month ever, just the past few days things have been slow for me. Could just a few days of slow down, and hopefully pick up during the weekend.

My conversions have been normal (not counting these past few days where they haven't been counting clicks right)...it's just the clicks that are NOT being tracked properly. Pain in the butt.

wow thank god, i found this thread. I saw weird things in BBO stats... sales being added to earlier days...

then yesterday and day before the sales are absolute shit and click count was also way low... thought i was doing something wrong... hope it will be back to normal soon
