Eggs are easy, plus you can make some salads, roastbeefs, pastas quite easily (and belive me i suck at cooking and even for me these ones are pretty easy)

You could also learn and start doing your own pizzas ;)

Ya first time I drank it I felt sick for like 30 mins.....
now I mix it in the blender...tastes a lot better....

try different brands of weight gainer, gnc brand sucks. when i make it i mixe it with nestley chocolate mix, ice cream, and peanut butter and it gets rid of most of the taste. i gained a ton of weight by drinking that and working out. i was 130 and im 170 now, i dont use it anymore though.

also remember you have to add it to a meal, its not a meal replacement. make a shake with it and have it for dessert.

simply eat 5+ times aday... no supliments will help you unless you use them with food... and don't eat fast food, that's pure garbage... you need to eat things like chicken, tuna, turkey, potatoes, shit loads of sandwiches, peanut butter, etc... take protein shake few times a day...also go workout 4 times a week... thats how I went from 155 to 185 in 6 months... right now it's hard to get to 200, but i'm trying :)

If you're real skinny you'll never look like the rock or whatever your dreaming of. You might be able to gain a little weight and muscle but you'll still look the same unless you just get real fat. :2 cents:

fast for 24 hrs water is ok and then eat six meals a day. Start with a bodyjem test to see what you burn at rest.
