try different brands of weight gainer, gnc brand sucks. when i make it i mixe it with nestley chocolate mix, ice cream, and peanut butter and it gets rid of most of the taste. i gained a ton of weight by drinking that and working out. i was 130 and im 170 now, i dont use it anymore though.
also remember you have to add it to a meal, its not a meal replacement. make a shake with it and have it for dessert. |

If you're real skinny you'll never look like the rock or whatever your dreaming of. You might be able to gain a little weight and muscle but you'll still look the same unless you just get real fat. :2 cents:

fast for 24 hrs water is ok and then eat six meals a day. Start with a bodyjem test to see what you burn at rest.
