For Yahoo, they will need to switch around the titles a bit, and change some of the on page keywords (or add them). Write some articles on the topic, submit them around to industry related portals and content sites (via RSS if you prefer), and keep trying to build the DIRECT links only. Other than that, there is no need for a fancy shmancy redesign. Give it 3 months or less, and they'll notice a significant change in rankings and traffic/leads. That's all there is to it. Tada!
