                                              First off, as we all know the game didn't go into overtime ~ but that wouldn't have been the first overtime superbowl game anyways. The 1958 superbowl with the NY Giants and who cares who the other team was went into overtime, so this thread is just silly silly silly.

                                                  First of all, if you read the whole thread, you will see that I was guilty of speaking too soon... I didn't expect the Pats to try to score before OT. They fooled me by being ballsy.

                                                  Secondly, the first Super Bowl was in 1967, so I don't know what 1958 has to do with my original erroneous statement. There has never been a Super Bowl that has gone into OT.
