Kathy Beardsley was the iBill president from around May of 04 to Feb 05.

If any one should take responsibility for the iBill ship wreck it should be her.

While many web masters were scratching together pennies to feed there kids Kathy Beardsley was taking home $250,000 and driving a new company BMW.

While web masters were trying to get in touch with there sales reps (all of which have been fired from iBill and replaced with customer service reps) she gave the sales dept. a payment called a bridge, a 10,000 dollar a month salary to not answer the phones.

Meanwhile, we are here busting our asses 70-80 hours per week trying to save this company while Mrs.Beardsley and her crew of loyal, former iBill sales reps call on iBill clients trying to get them to go over to this great new company SEGPAY. We are trying to save iBill, get the web masters paid and these scum bags are trying to sink us .

We have to take the abuse and they get to watch from across the room and laugh.
you want to trash the people that were running ibill when the shit hit the fan go to the segpay booth at internext.
you want to help us figure out a way to get you paid , come to the ibill booth and we will work out a payment plan.

Isn't it interesting that ibill made their first payout of the year 1 week before the show. Hmmmmmm. I bet we'll be hearing all about that this weekend. 'OH WE ARE BACK look we paid you last week. '

Yeah paying me $8.23 on a transaction that happened because i forgot to REFUND that guy doesn't count. Add on the multiple zeros and maybe you have something.

I can just see it. Next ibill payment will be December 27th just before vegas.

Tony i know you are in the same boat as I am. You are wrong on this my man. Cathy isn't the problem here. It is the guys who owned the company. The guys who pulled that IBD -Penthouse sale. Read up on Penthouse and Ibd and see how much $$$$ the ibill owners made off with. They sold our debt to these guys. LAME LAME LAME. Cathy isn't the problem here. Trust me.

iBillfan I think calling out Cathy is pretty lame. Cathy was not the juice at iBill, she was the installed strawman/fallguy. Granted it appears she was paid well (hey how much are you making? you seem to have no problem in divulging salaries so why not start with yours and a few others at ibill right now), but her salary was set by others such as the PHSL guys and AJ and his crew right? Its not like she just set her own salary and withdrew funds from the company with no oversight. Those other decisions, such as the bridge thing....was that also something she devised and implemented without checking in with PHSL and Granite Capital?

Isnt PHSL still part owner of iBill seeing as how they own a large stake (isnt it 50%?) in IBD?

One more thing..didnt this problem iBill finds itself in stem from the loss of the merchant acct and wasnt AJ of Granite in charge of that merchant acct? So why not raise the issue that they have some blame in this? What happened to Granite? Were they given an interest in something else like XTV to go away? Is this why you aren't calling them out at all in this rant of yours, because XTV is partly owned by IBD and PHSL?

All my facts here may be way off and probably are. The musical chairs with owners, reverse mergers and stock sales/purchases was pretty confusing, so feel free to own me on my facts.

I said one more thing but hey i have another...this Gspotnews.com that you guys are mailing to our former customers...I see XTV plastered all over GSpotnews. So to take the emails of ours and other clients past and present and mail to them Gspotnews which sells mainly XTV....this is good thing because its free to current iBill clients? What about the former clients that see our email lists being pounded out by iBill to promote XTV....this is suppose to be a good thing that makes us all want to start back up with you guys?

Last year I approached the XTV guys and told them that if they mailed to our lists to push XTV we would be pissed and would never forget it. Guess what, I still remember that conversation, and yes I have no intention of forgetting what you are doing on Gspotnews. I am not surprised though, AJ sat there on the floor of Internext and gave me the big fuckoff when I brought this up with him.

there are a few problems with your point of view

1. when you take over a company or transfer ownership - you take the good and the bad - they are trying to ignore the bad and will not pay promptly

2. they have no intention of paying the debts - if they did they would have already done so - NO ONE SHOULD BELIEVE THEM - and this is not my advice - this is the advice of my lawyer and probably of any other lawyer that would look at the fine print joke of a contract that they want people to sign off on

all i am doing is stateing facts.
i came in ( to ibill ) mid April of this year.
the fact is that kathy beardsly was the ibill pres up until mid Feb .
segpay has been on the scene for four and a half five months.
she is the current president of segpay.
along with a good % of former ibill staff , mainlly sales.

im sure kathy is a very nice and hoorable person but look at the facts.
the people at ibill are trying to get web masters paid 100% of there money.
you want to know were your money went??? segpay has a brand new booth , as they are a brand new company.
you want to speak with the people who were in charege of ibill when it stoped paying out ??? you know were they are. we are at internext for one reason , to let people know that we didnt cause this mess but we are going to fix it. people are going to get there money back.

You have to realize the people working at iBill have nothing to do with what's going on. They are doing there job. They have no say as to what goes on, it's middle and upper management making decisions. There are some loyal people still working for iBill, people that were there before shit hit the fan that have been there 5+ years.

I am not saying go back with iBill, but at least lay off the people who are just doing there jobs and have no say in what goes on.

Edit: I will also go on and say Cathy was great person, and it was great working with her. She had nothing to do with all those things that happened. She was trying to do right.

why would you all be mad at the new guys that bought ibill? from what I read phsl ownes less than 30% of ibd. its a public co, who cares? the new team seams to be trying to get people paid. Over $34,000,000 so far and yes more to go, but what person is going to put money into a company that has no chance of going on? If ibill is dead the new owners should have shut it down and run off, they didnt! Aj, Kathy, and Jason did! As far as Kathy I dont think ibillfan is saying she took the money, but the people at segpay are the same ones that were at ibill when the trouble happend, not the new guys. I think it shows something when the new guys are willing to show up and face the heat, for that alone they deserve a chance.

Befere we all yell at then we should stop by and see if they are real. We are all mad at the name ibill, but why at the guys trying to get you paid? If they shut down no one gets paid, if they go on everyone can get paid. As you all say, your money is gone the money being paid out comes from the new guys. One more thing iBill has been payng out every 2 weeks since feb 15th.

You come on the boards blasting the designated fallguy (er girl--sorry Cathy) and saying that Segpay took iBill money to build their booth. Do you have proof of this? If you arent Spaniak, then Gary ought to be given a headsup you are saying these things.

hey guys call that guy Andrew at ibill, he got me paid, and even if its over 12 months it better than not getting paid. none of us thought we would see a dime of this money, but 100% plus interest over 6 or 12 months is good for me. Tango have you tried to get with them?

Actions speak louder than words

You have no idea what type of job you got yourself into - you should quit while your ahead in life - IBILL is something that you definately don't want on your resume in the future - people will laugh at you and run

We (meaning anyone that IBILL owes $$$ too) all want 1 thing - to get paid. Your company has not been honest and straight forward in the past and there is no reason to believe the future. Paying up in full is the only thing that will satisfy me.

You say that your going to fix the mess - well in the weeks that you've posted here - I have yet to get 1 email response from you guys or even $1.

You ever hear the term: "Actions speak louder than words" its a popular term that you should research and follow. I for one will not sign 1 document giving away my rights and I will NOT send you $1 more in business until I have some satisfaction on my side.

Get a clue and round up all of the positive and negative GFY messages and give to your bosses - I am sure that they may well packup their bags and never come back to the office if their intentions are honest. If they are a scam (like I suspect) they will ignore this type of info and try to get every newbie possible to give them additional business. It is my job as part of this community to WARN people that you guys should not be trusted - your time of redemption is well past its welcome.

With all due respect iBill newbie, it is not the old iBill that is the issue. It is the current iBill. Not the employees that are thrown to the fire. I am talking about Jason Galanis and his crew, AJ and his crew and the IBD group. The principle owners and shareholders that ruined the company. They are all weaved together. Do you think there was a reason IBD moved in long before they became the "new management"? They are just the suckers that originally agreed to do the reverse merger with PHSL and Jason. They lost their asses on the deal and are stuck. The trail all goes back to Jason. iBill, IBD, XTV, Penthouse International etc. End of story. The old iBill are the people that build the company over many years. People like Cathy and the old sales reps being blasted developed the business and relationships over many years and are the ones hurt (although not as hurt as their clients who lost money and in some cases their business) but still hurt as many people in this business will associate them with the asswipes that destroyed iBill.

First, I wouldn't bash Cathy or any ex-employee that tried to do the right thing. I am sure it was difficult for people that had spent many years of hard work at iBill. But neither were in the group of owners or principles that made real decisions. Second, the employees that choose to stay need to be prepared to take the heat. You work for a company that hurt a lot of people and owes a lot of money. Not saying it is your fault but it is your choice to stay. You should be aware of who really controls the company. As far a IBD not walking away...NONE of the group that has controlling interest walked away (Jason, AJ/Granite or IBD.) They will suck every penny out of that company for as long as they possibly can. Sell the database, spam the database, promote XTV to clients customers, push rebills through GKard (the same rebills that clients asked for their data back from iBill) and the list goes on. Who really owns GKard? The only people that walked away were the employees that wouldn't let their reputation be completely tarnished by the disaster in progress. Really sad to see.
