If one country wants to destroy itself by making itself the target of international terrorism, they can feel free. In the grand scheme of things, no one will remember the United States or Iraq when mankind finally dies off. Nothing that's happening today is of any importance. After we're gone, the universe will continue to expand, it'll be like we never existed. What's the point in giving a shit if our lives have no meaning or purpose?
