There's always a shakeup before and after every convention. But since there are so many conventions, maybe it's not related. Other than a free trip for whoever is looking to quit LOL nothing llike trolling for jobs on your companies dime.

It must really suck to spend a lot of time training someone and getting them into this industry only to have them hop ship when they think a bigger boat comes along. Very little loyalty. What's even more unfortunate is there seems to be a trend of those people moving again and again and again.

I learned after the .... 3rd time that loyalty is important. I am so glad I actually stuck with Fastsize as long as I have. Things keep getting better. I honestly don't think I could leave at this point. Life for everyone is so awesome. I get along with my boss like he is my brother.
