I have heard, and maybe someone else who knows more about it can reiterate and/or clarify that if they receive a physical product that the chances of them charging back are null..

Like I said I don't know details, maybe someone can help...

Well a free vacation is normally paid with some arrangement done through the travel agency for their publicity.

But if you're looking to do a drawing, you'd be looking at buying a trip and offering it as a prize.
