A bit irritating... but you can't blame them for wanting more information. I went through the process to get my limits raised and they required a copy of your most recent bank statement and something else I think. Email [email protected] and ask them for instructions. It takes a few days and goes quicker if you email them back an image of what they are asking for instead of faxing it back.

You will have to contact them, you probably need to scan and mail them a copy of a goverment issued ID to confirm your identity.
You should log into your account or mail.epassporte.com and mail cs from there
