So clintons going to play the video game violence card.

Which means, god forbid, she becomes our next president...simply because republicans are fed up with assclown cowboys....porn will be on the agenda.

Now it would seem to me, the only REAL way to restrict porn on the net, would be to issue state or federal digital id's, & install ID scanners on pc's, or input a SS#....of course the implications are RIDICULOUS with either system.

Once the first few thousand people get their lives & credit jacked by fake russian pornsites, & its smeared all over t.v. by the clinton white house & media....

Do you guys have any idea what kind of impact that will have on porn? It would put the fucking SMACK DOWN on sales.

Hmmm, should i sign up for my blonde daughter fucks hispanics & take a chance of losing my Identity to an actual hispanic?

This "MORAL" cleanup is going to launch a new war....the war on morality, & its going to be just as big as the war on drugs.

Oh well welcome to 1984 guys, the thought police are right around the corner.

There will always be someone trying to handle our problems for us until webmasters wake up and give a shit on their own. Should kids be able to see hardcore or any porn at school? I remember even back when I got in the biz (2001) most TGP's had warning pages, lots of adult tours were more tame, and some even blurred the snapper.

Today you can watch videos on most tours, and instead of a text TGP with warning pages the main url opens up 100 porn thumbnails. These people WILL NOT leave use alone until we at least pretend to act responsibly. Love it or hate it we will all have to deal with it.

The things they say to catch votes are quite often very different to what they do when elected.

Compare the internet today with the local porn shops or strip clubs. At a B&M business you see posters and such. Go play some hardcore vidoes on a TV in the window and hang some hardcore posters in the windows, see how long it takes before the owners are arrested.

This shit is the dirty little secret nobody wants to admit to but we all know it's there. Tell me honestly that if you had never been online and knew nothing about it what your reaction would be to how easy it is to see anything from naked people to 5 guys fucking a girl in every hole possible. If your life had steered you into a different business and you walked in to find your kids on a TGP looking at whatever abuse website was the hot topic of the week. Most normal people would have the same reaction these politicians do.

Do you notice that violence is prevelent in morally & sexually repressive societies where sex is demonized. Hmmmmm.....no sex, get violent..... relationship maybe???

Even in our industry, while I respect Rob Black and Max Hardcore's right to produce and sell their products where doing so is socially acceptable, I feel the violence in the content is what brings the heat on us all. The choking, gagging & vomiting, hitting, murder, rape, etc. is not about sex in my personal view.

On a personal level as a consumer, I feel that a rating system for violence is needed much more than a rating system for sexual imagery as I really don't want to be accidentally exposed to violent abuse of women in the name of sex. I'd like to be informed of the nature of the content before I view it.

I don't want to censor the content. I just want to know what it is before I choose to view it.

#1....you can't compare internet porn to hardcore posters on the sidewalk, thats just the type of b.s. propoganda they've been pumping the public full of

#2..i don't even deal in porn anymore so i could claim to be semi-unbias on this subject

#3....you don't find hardcore porn unless you're looking for it...just like you don't find crack or heroin unless you're looking for it.....and as for mailers sending out FPA's to general internet lists of midget double penetration, they'll have the same fate as a crack dealer hanging out at the schoolyard.

Anyways brings me to subtopic A

A) Parents should place computers in the living room & watch what their children do, just like a television.

There are NO LAWS forcing parents to block cinemax from their children, its up to the parents to put a block on channel 520 or 2 or whatever. And rightfully so, what we do in our own home is our own fucking business & not every household has a fucking child!

Point #4......Just because parents today are overworked, it does not release them from their duties as a parent, & the government does NOT need to step in & create the "backup parent organization"

And as for "dirty little secrets" how many people had to talk & explain to their children what was going on with Mr. Clinton a few years ago? How many 3 year olds found out during a presedential address wtf "sexual relations" were.

They all make me sick.....these people are just as bad as the taliban, they just don't know it yet. But instead of reading from the KORAN, their writing their own!

She is scary. I have a psycho aunt who reminds me of her. And any logic is thrown out the window when you try to argue things like that. She will invent her own twisted facts like the rest of the god suckers.

Satan himself will come up here and run before this country will let a woman run it. Even I would not vote for her.

Just as a final note.....the U.S. constitution is turning into the bible, we all know it. You can talk about self regulation until your blue in the face, it won't stop people in other countries from posting it, it won't stop people from putting it on their blogs, it won't stop kids from trading cd's in school.....it won't stop anything. NO AMOUNT OF SELF CONTROL OR REGULATION CAN STOP SOMETHING PEOPLE WANT.....NOT EVER. And if you think visa turning off the lights would put the industry at a stop, think again. You'd have 30,000 people working on evading the system. Setting up a storefront where goods are 29.95 & don't get shipped....etc. Someone will always profit from hardcore sex.

Theres nothing we can do to stop it, the best chance anyone has is to sit down & explain to children that the internet is just like any city....with criminals & predators, with adult things & things for children to do. And its up to PARENTS to choose how best to prepare & watch after their children, not the fucking government.

Hardcore porn on the internet is the exact same as posters on the sidewalk when the entire civilized world is online. There are computers in libraries, schools, bookstores, internet cafes, and a whole hell of a lot more.

What makes this even more hilarious is webmasters did and would make more money when most porn was behind a membership yet they still won't clean up their act even though it will benefit them as well. This is what happens when an industry is so easy to get into that every 18 year old kid with a dream and every degenerate that couldn't get other work is able to start a "business" in 2 days. Nobody has any fucking sense and if it weren't for this industry most would be high as hell and living with friends or working a shit job for $6 an hour. You know it, I know it, but let's just get mad at the politicians that use it for political gain. That's the way of the world, clean up your own damn act or someone will do it for you. If they weren't so internet ignorant this would have been done years ago.

Just as a final note:

I could go to a middle school football game today, borrow a computer / cellphone / blackberry, and browse hardcore porn. Should kids be banned from their own schools events too or anywhere they might get access to the net? No schools, no libraries, no bookstores, nothing. Do you really think your kids won't see porn when they are 11-17? You can be the best parent in the world and you cannot stop them in todays world. You're fooling yourself if you think you can.

If you weren't so ignorant you would know THEY CAN'T DO IT FOR YOU.

Just like they CAN'T stop coke at the border.

Just like they CAN'T stop people from making moonshine.

All they CAN do is move legitimate business underground & create an entirely new network of organized crime.

Get angry and call me names, that will help your cause. You should know by now it doesn't make a shit what they CAN do in the long run, they'll damn sure try if you give them the opportunity. The government works in ways most don't understand. They make big bucks "fighting" porn, drugs, or whatever the fuck else is on their agenda this week. The difference is, if webmasters didn't run around with a giant target on their foreheads politicians would simply find something better to go after. This industry will get slammed time and time again until the webmasters stop fucking themselves. Right or wrong doesn't even matter, this is what's going to happen regardless of how many think it's unfair and not their fault!

The idea was that since their culture & economic system was COMPLETELY different than those of their brothers in the North....they thought hey....why should we comply with what these fuckers say? Why don't we control laws by the state?

And contrary to popular belief...the civil war had nothing to do with slavery & everything to do with the right of a state to set its own rules & regulations, based on their communities standards & culture.

The same is happening today in california, they are trying to break with federal regulation & allow gay marriage, & medical marijuana....why? Because in california, the culture is different, & thats what people want.

I know its sounds crazy, but once upon a time.....abunch of people got pissed off at all the rules & regulations and started a revolution because they could not take another law, another tax, another blow to the free spirit. Most of these crazy fuckers have their signatures on the constitution.

We're free to persue happiness, even if that means watching someone get bukkake'd. And to regulate that from a central power in washington D.C. would be a crime against free will, expression & thought.

Nope, sure don't. Kids are interested in sex so it is completely irrelevant that they don't care about communism. Everyone is going to look for porn, the government doesn't want them to be able to find it. They can.

its funny, but with all your so called "logical" self regulation talk.....you sound alot like the enemy

know what a good system of self regulation is? an ICRA label on the bottom of your site....that every known school & home filter system picks up on

simple as that

Yes, that obviously works. There is no publically accessible porn in schools today thanks to that wonderful label. You are a smart one aren't you.

Ya know what kills me in this, is the hippocracy.

I was watching, "Super Size Me", the other day and had caught the news prior. The lightbulb went off.. You can't sue food companies, and they now are passing a law you can't sue gun makers for the responsiblity of the owners, or whatever the legal terminology is.. Hmmm.

Now let me take the same Congressional thought process. If you can't sue food makers because of the lack of responsibilty, or direct cause of becoming a fat fuck... and you can't sue gun makers for the fact people use them to kill one another...

The perhaps.. just maybe... you can't sue or blame violent video games, movies, television, rock music, the porn industry, and any number of other supposed 'causes' for the SAME EXACT BULLSHIT.

If a kids smart enough to get around a filter...their always going to be one step ahead & find anything they want. Period.

So what point are you trying to make? What do you suggest as a way to self regulate?

Whats your master scheme....i've outlined the only ways i think age verfication will work, & the downsides to it.

So why don't you fill the audience in on your ideas......since you're so intelligent.

All I can say is WOW finally read something that made a little sense on gfy... Pr0 my white wonder of the world, Ya make a lot of sense on this topic, and so do a few others I like this statement a lot, "Do you really think your kids won't see porn when they are 11-17? You can be the best parent in the world and you cannot stop them in todays world. You're fooling yourself if you think you can" I work with porn I shoot porn and I have two kids which I have custody of, I do everything in my powers for them not to see anything I do. They are 6 and 9 years old both boys and ya know what THEY AREN'T ALLOWED ON THE NET!!!

The times they do go on line I'M right there with them and the cable is turned off.. They wont access shit from my place.. BUT ON a side note their mom took them for a day to her place and allowed them both, when they came home my 6 year old who was 5 at the time said he saw something yucky a girl having a peepee in her mouth.. I freaked I REALLY FREAKED.. their mom thought she was careful but didn't know she had spy ware on her pc and when the kids were clicking around they hit IE which her pc is off line as well. Well the spy ware brought up tons of POPUPS with hardcore shit.. So for the longest time I always said shit like well its the parents fault which 90%of the times it is IMO but as I said above the pc's were not connected to the net and they still saw it when they went over there. ALL MY PC's here at my house/office have several passwords one when you turn the pc on it ask for passwords two when the screen save is set it ask for passwords and 3 I set my accounts on xp all to have passwords..

It is scary I know what porn mags taught me when I was 11 years old lol now look how fucked up I am he he

I DO Think we as adult webmasters should have something in place to help protect kids from seeing hardcore porn or any porn but the shit we have now just don't work... IF you were 15 years old came to a site that has it where you input your birth date and hit enter to gain access would you put that you were 15 or would you put you were 18 or 21?? The shit the doj is trying to force us to do is utter bullshit There are a few things they suggested that were ok till you read deep into it.. The doj needs to step back but were servants they are kings were fucked unless were all in it together and stand strong IMO. Ole well my rant for the year. prolly don't make a lot of sense me and trying to express my thoughts while typing has always sucked donkey piss..

Welcome to 6-8 years of TGP distributing free porn all over ;)

The parents definitly need to start doing their job ... but we, on the other hand, offer tons of free porn all over. If the industry would come back to no content / censored tours tomorow, it would probably explode exponentially. Aiin't gonna happen.

Credit cards are a good enough way to signup compared to all the free content out there now.

We are shooting ourselves in the foot but at the same time we need to go the free porn route because of the competition

So lets hear your amazing idea for self regulation, since you're preaching it.

That is the point, if you send them anywhere out of the house that you aren't with them they can do what they want. Do you home school also? Ban them from the library? Even the best parents can't stop them because it's available everywhere.

And let's take pr0's arguement. It's all the parents fault, they are horrible parents, blah blah blah.

Fine. Now that I know so many parents are worthless I'm going to do my best to keep kids from seeing the shit anyhow. Regardless of what their parents do it would be wrong for me to do something knowing it was available to those who aren't supposed to see it. Make sense?

"Do you home school also? Ban them from the library?"

You should suggest this to your local govt...they would probably think its a good idea.

It's this little thing called common sense. I'm not sitting here talking like I'm the only one with an answer. If you throw a TGP up, no warnings, no c/c to get in, and put hardcore on the main url....DUH kids will see it. Is it that hard to figure out? Blame the parents if you want, that still doesn't make me feel ok about showing kids any image I want to make money off of.

No ones got an answer....& never will, so it WILL be legislated.

Self regulation is a joke, & so is your argument.
