"By accepting the agreement below you acknowledge that you have read the Terms of Service and the AUP. You also acknowledge the cost of the initial payment. You understand that the initial payment of $339.99 is require to cover the set up fee and the first month of service.

You also understand that you are entitle to a full refund but only if you cancel the service with in the first 15 days of sign up. After the initial 15 days a refund will only include the Monthly Fee."
