    EPassporte Question - Do I need a Visa Electron Card to withdraw funds?

    Or is there another way to withdraw funds from your Epassporte account?

    i.e. : Like a transfer to your bank account.

          Thanks.. Basically, I just want funds from the epassporte account to my bank account. If the only way to withdraw funds, is using an ATM with the Electron card, it's going to be a pain.

              You cannot transfer funds from Epass to your bank if you are in Canada and do not have an account in the US. You need the electron card to withdrawl funds as it acts as a debt card.

              tenderrobject, I believe that Rand is now working for Paycom, not saying that he won't respond to this thread, just thought I would mention that.

                              I will be directing these threads over to the new team at ePassporte going forward.

                              To answer this question, however, you may withdraw funds to any US checking account without needing an Electron card. It takes a few business days. Using the Electron card gives you instant access to your money anywhere in the world and costs $2 per withdrawal.

                                  I use the card in Denmark its the only way to get cash outside the Us I get the same exchange rate using the card as I do cashing checks and the fee is lower.
                                  But don't use the card at tourist spots/exhange shops some of the places can rape you on the exchange rate I only use it at mojar banks.

                                      Go with the card, it makes it so easy to get your money and no waiting.
                                      I do not even feel the withdrawl fee, the exchange rate takes care of it.

                                          You can if you have a US checking act but the limit is $300 per day unless you call them and ask for an increase in that amount.
