Would you rather outsource your designs/programming/etc to an offshore office (or open an offshore regional branch)?

If so where?

I've heard good things about the Philippine (and a lotta bad)

Would you agree that this is a business strategy then?

A business stragegy would always strive to drive profits up. If that is not your case then so be it.

Aside from Juiicy, I have not heard a single case of pro-offshore.

I want to hear from business-decision makers.
