I changed the whole layout to text links and the productivity has been lingering down around 80%. what changes could i make for improvement?

Smaller text, more galleries, a design made for text tgps, some eye candy.

OK lol, so basically the main thing is the text is too big? i just thought the big text would make it unique from the rest and easy to read...

other than the text size, I think you should change the color of the text to make it easier on the eyes, also try to make the links look like links and still keep a good overall design
