Doubtful it was the same agents. Most if not all federal government agencies have representatives in almost every area. They just contact the ones close to where they need to go and the local branches do the interviews and file the reports.

For instance, if this is as big as Brad seems to think it is, it's doubtful the investigation is being run by the Dallas FBI office, they just sent someone from there because of the proximity.
