Webair Stats Crash/Huge bandwidth Increase
Hi all
Over past 2 months had a problem with the stats on my main website hosted by webair stopping working on the 19th of each month, also at this time my bandwidth useage went through the roof....I mean through the roof from 20gb to well over 100gb... I dont know if this is co-incidence or where theres something happening they're shouldnt be.... Any other gfy webmasters had similar experience or know if something is going on which should be on my server?? Or am I just being paranoid?? Gawdi |

Happened to me a few months back. Was a simple error with a switch or something. They fixed it after a tech support chat and no charge for the false bandwith reading.

That's rather unusual, talk to mike or support about it, especially if its a recurring problem.

I have had a simillar problem with the stats on my main site for the past few months.
They lag about 10 days behind and sometimes when they catch up it reads nothing for several days.
