I've never had anything but good service with webair and 0 downtime.
I think the haters are in the pockets of other hosting companies and they get discounts for hater-aide. |
For the record....I have boxes at both ISPrime and Webair and although I have not been using Webair as long as ISPrime...I have never had a single problem with their service.
I know people who have had issues with Webair, ISPrime, NatNet, Techie Media....And on and on and on.... No host is perfect but there is also no problem which can't be fixed. |

The site in my sig is hosted with Webair if anyone wants to check Webair's perfomance & speed on a site using one small simple script.

FTP account isn't working, they should fix it and email the account on file the new password / whatnot; not simply, not fix it.. a bit odd.

The main thing I was countering in this thread is the ones saying things are taken care of quickly via ticket support (which has not been my case) and that they rarely if ever have problems (which has also not been my case). My sites stopped functioning near the beginning of each of my first 3 months with Webair requiring a call to get fixed and was always something that was not able to be fixed while I was on the phone, but later that day. I do have the luck of Schleprock and probably was on the only server at the time that had the unusual problems as nobody here was reporting the same (although I have read posts at other times reporting basically the same problems). |
I can't wait to get my server ready tomorrow.
It's been a week now. I just hope it's ready in the morning. :( |
