Legal Question about Personal Information
if someone (an ex-roommate) is using your home phone # as means to get cash advances and not pay them back (because you have no idea where they are, they owe you $1200 for last months rent from a year ago and damages to the apartment), what kind of charges can you press against them for still using your home phone # as a reference to scam cash advance companies and insurance companies and whatever else this guys doing
he basically is doing it so that I hafta deal with the 5-10 collection calls a day that I get from these companies that I have absolutely nothing to do with
