How do you make quality thumbs ?
This guy's thumbs look really nice. How do you make great quality thumbs ? Is there anything a beginner can learn just to improve the quality of thumbnails ?

lol, well I'm sure it'll require a graphics program :p Are there any tutors or do you have any tips on actually using the program to achieve quality thumbs ?

Yes, I would use Adobe ImageMaker - when you crop you can set the size of the crop tool say 100 x 100 and then move it over the part that you would like to crop.
The rest is cascade style sheets :-) Nick
