What do you do to keep your brain in shape?
Everything I have read suggests that brain power as we get older falls into the 'use it or lose it' grouping. One of the small things I do is to keep a book of logic puzzels in the bathroom and do one every morning when I first get out of bed. What do you do to give your brain a work out?

Apparently cryptic crosswords are great for stimulating the brain.
I don't do them myself, they read as if someone swallowed a whole lot of acid and started a brain dump.

I have read a bunch of times, that fish is good for the brain. Also doing puzzles that make you think. If you want to get some that are much better than crosswords, get a few of the Mensa Books at B and N.
