If it wasn't for the fact that our economy is so intertwined with the rest of the world, I would love to see the US pull out all aid to the rest of the world, all military presence, etc.... and just let everybody stew in their own juices.
Unfortunately, we can't do that. We are too dependant on the rest of the world's economies staying somewhat stable.

500 attacks a year is lowballing. Over the last 2 months there's been at least 60 attacks A DAY. Of course, not all of them are suicide bombings, but 60 a day x 365 days =~ 22,000 attacks a year. I'd suspect more than 2.3% of those 22k will be suicide bombers.Originally posted by Rich
