I think had Ibill started paying some small % of what was owed earlier, not so many people would have left Ibill and they would have had the funds to pay us back sooner. It's when they stopped paying all together since 12/15/04 through March 05' that a lot of people left.

I am not sure what you mean by BADCHECK. We do ALL payouts by wire transfer or ACH now, so you could never receive a bad check.

Scan it and email the pic to [email protected]
