Since I used to work with them at JSC, I think I can comment here. Yes, they do, if they're single. After training sessions, we used to all get together and go out for dinner and drinks, astronauts included. They would always have the "clingers" around but, at times, some fine, outstanding splittail would waltz up and be willing to do anyone, just for an introduction.
