If you bought a 100k of traffic for a day to a good cj site. Do you think it would keep it's momentum at around a 100k?

What do you think would happen?

No. It would peter out in a short while. Now if you did a 100k one day a week for a few weeks, then it might maintain it although not 100k a day. CJ's rely on trades, if you got 100k and spread it out over 20-30 trades, you would have some momemtum going, until the next burst.

no after 2 days or so your stats will likely come crashing down to the same amount that you had before the 100k purchased hits.

if it were that easy to have a 100k site everyone would buy 100k in traffic.

I would have trades already in place. I see some cj's growing their traffic though.

Seems like if you got 100k to a CJ all in one day. That most of that traffic would leave through a trades link and they would send one back.

Thus maintaining the momentum.

Do they always need to be fead traffic to maintain?

I see some CJ sites that have maintained over 100k and keep growing slowly. No one really wants to go back to a CJ and that's why they have a high unique ratio.

So it seems like they are maintaining. Unless they are feeding it somehow.

Has anyone ever tried buying traffic to a CJ to see what happens?

I dont know how they're doing it but I can only tell you what happened to me when I bought mass amounts of traffic. It stayed high for 2 days then crashed back down.

If you're going to do it in 1 big burst then yourself a favor and buy a small amount like 20k to start with for testing.

I recently ventured into CJ & it's not all that simple..
I have tried a few different scripts with several dozen hosts & boy, what a fucking headache..

BUT.. I did find out what works & what don't & a whole lots of other stuff..
If you never done a cj before, be prepared to check your stats very often if you plan on doing lots of trading..
I have found that a very high percentage of sites that contain illegal content, (& I don't mean stolen) utilize CJ scripts as well as cheat, so be prepared to delete & blacklist alot...

I had to enter several urls a day to keep my site clean from illegal content..

There are a variety of scripts out there..
UCJ IV, CJultra 2.03 , SmartCJ, TM2.0, & few others that are perl based...
Out of the 4 I listed, 2 you can get for free..
CJultra & TM2.0

It does seem that many CJ sites have no content at all, & I feel sorry for them.. Surfers are smarter today & recognize a CJ site when they see one..

That's why I choose to actually have content on my site...
