Need A New Design For One Of Our Resources - GoFuckYourself.com

We're looking for a designer to redesign one of our flagship resource sites, http://www.europeanwebmasters.com (currently going to sedo).

We're after a layout and quality similar to that of http://www.gaywidewebmasters.com what we need is the following:

1 Graphically intense splash page.
1 Graphically intense main.shtml page.
1 468x60 animated banner for a recip.
1 120x60 animated button for a recip.

The color scheme we would like to use is orange, grey and deep (royal) blues.

I wouldn't do it unless paid 100% in advance...and I suggest all designers follow the same protocol.

However there will be some design monkey out of the philippines, or some starving eastern european who will take on the job...and yes I hope they get Lee's little dick up their ass.

Just saying that imo no other designer should take this job before he paid his debt to BDS. Simple as that.

Maybe I was a bit quick with calling the others backstabbers but I just can't believe people want to work with someone who has outstanding bills with another designer ;)))
