    I'm frying chicken wings...

    Frying chicken wings in peanut oil, then going to toss them in Frank's Red Hotwing sauce and dip them in Kraft Buttermilk Ranch dressing.

              here's my wing sauce recipe.


              half a cup butter
              one cup franks redhot
              1/3 cup beer (heineken or amstel gives the best taste)
              1 tablespoon molasses
              salt
              pepper
              garlic


              heat butter, toss in beer, reduce, add everything else.
              Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war.
