so, everyone remember when i first moved to the beach from glendale?
well, long story short, i had to stay in these executive suites for about a month. 23 days exactly. the place had dial up. i ordered microsoft dial up for 30 days free, if you cancel within 30 days.
not only did i cancel on the 24th day of the trial, i called them to make sure. might i add that cancelling anything microsoft basically requires you to be a detective. its purposely confusing.
the point of this story. i have several bank accounts for different things. i have been getting billed by them for 4 months still. 29.95 a month.
1) i call visa. they say i can't charge it back. they say i have to take it up with microsoft.
2) i call microsoft. after years on hold wasting my time, i'm told that its cancelled.
3) microsoft tells me to go back and talk to visa.
WTF?
i'm going back to linux for life! fuck microsoft.
