a little, how shall you say, aggressive SE marketing (aka blackhat)
I'm thinking most won't mind but would like to know who is "upfront and OK" with that type of promotion. Who's the best converting and what's their contact info. Thanks

There is only one way to SE market effectively, and that is "blackhat". Now, if you're talking about spamming links on message boards, blog comments, etc. I doubt anyone would be too happy about it nor, obviously, would they condone it.
