First time using this new update exe and the program is doing nothing but timing out over and over. Having to manually guide the freaking thing through the submits. BLEH!

I get much better responce from russian submitter by e-mailing then and explaining the problem, sometimes that is faster then posting on a board and waiting on them to happen on the post

They already know that this last version sucks ass. When will they fix it? Who knows but they ain't going to fix it any faster because you posted here about it.

if you ever find anyone else that will let you for $10-15/month to break his nerve on icq,boards and emails please let us know. RS team is a VERY hard working one which does care for the customers. It's not the end of the world if you cant autosubmit for some days...

We marked all our new versions as 'release candidates', so if you have a problems with it just use older version it is still available from http://tgp.russiansubmitter.com/submitter.shtml

And if you want to try out new version with new capabilities you can try it (don't forget that you can try it for free, we don't take a cent for software updates)

Many of webmasters helps us very much when they use new versions and report bugs, or their own ideas how we can improve software.

I don't see any reason to stop doing that, because it's the only way to make great, most powerful and also cheapiest program. If we'll hire hundreds of betatesters it will raise the price.

Anyway sorry for this problem. Final release of new version is almost finished.

bah, thats the only thing i hate about this board...no matter what kinda post you make someone jumps in and flames like there is no tomorrow...or like it will improver there standings with the "big boys". Anyhoo...every update i have ever downloaded and used has had many bugs...I don't doubt that the RS team is working 24/7. Nor do I think there is a better deal for 20 bux a month. I was just overflowing with pissedoff arua and it flooded into the board as i sat there for a 4 hour RS submit cycle (before the update it took me 30 mins). So to everyone who said stupid shit fuck you and to rs thanks.
