firewire/usb drives vs internal
do firewire and usb2.0 drives run slower then internal drives?

yeah, can you edit video off of an external drive just as well as an internal drive?

Software encoding = yes- but slower than internal
Hardware encoding = no, will fuck up the sync Use it as storrage, not a work media Firewire is better than usb - but im not talking speed, just works better |
