uh maybe you just live in a failing province, as in of course there isnt new buildings because there is no money to build them. (ie to people on welfare)

i am not religious but Calgary has million dollar churches going up all over the city, (because we have money)

the Catholic church hieghtens their lead on having the most expensive real estate with the help of Calgary whooooo.
