Lara has proven herself to be a danger to the general public. Someone with HIV working as an escrort is pretty much a ticking time bomb. I suspect she is so willing to do "bareback" for a few extra dollars. The dumb clients don't know they are committing suicide on the installment plan.

It will take someone to actually get HIV and then have her charged before much will happen.
