So you would recommend linking to the join/profile page? :)

1. sign up to LoveDollars
2. Take the page you have that gets the most traffic.
3. Go to http://www.alexa.com at the top above the search box click traffic rankings. Enter your domain name click "get traffic details"
4. You will get a traffic rank number ( http://www.alexa.com/data/details/?url=gfy.com has 8,161) go to the first page in this thread and look where you site fits in.
5. Add a geo target banner to your site or a dating category on you TGP.
6. Leave the links up for minimum 30 days.
7. Mail Laura or Jay with the links and your account info
8. Get paid for all the signups and the promo money for this promo.
