    About The FSC

    Ive got a webmaster (pretty big one) on IM and he's convinced that there was a deadline on joining the FSC to be protected... Is this true?

      I never really understood. It was somethign about being on a list by the wednessday after the deadline.

      I just got my conformation today.

          The deadline was the Saturday after 6/23 (6/25) at 2pm PST. The list was then to have been delivered to the DOJ "Special Master" on the following Wednesday.

          It's my non-legal opinion that the government won't go after anyone not on the list while their agreement with FSC is in effect, but stranger things have happened.

                  I dont have very much confidence. While I got a letter just today thanking me for my membership, I recently called to verify my membership and they had no way of knowing if I was a member of not, much less if my name was added to that list.

                  Should I be confident that I got on that list?

                      I love how they say login to members area for info but don't have it on that letter. I have already forgot mine

                          I got my confirmation today also. They said it would take a while to get it since they had to go through everything but your names shoudl still be on the list.
