I'm missing processor checks.

I'm missing a check from my processor. We've had some address issues in the past. When I changed locations about 3 months ago, I called them immediately to make sure they changed the address on file. Well, MONTHS went by and all those checks got sent to the original address. After getting it changed for a few weeks, it miraculously changed back to the old address again!

I called them, and then they told me that I'd have to fax a request if I wanted it changed back. I said 'I already faxed you, and this change was supposed to be permanent.' and the lady just didn't understand. I keep getting jerked around like there's no tomorrow.

To this day, occasionally a check will still go to the wrong address. I don't know what's going on over there! Now I know I'm missing one that was supposed to arrive last Monday. When I call them, they want to charge me a $30 cancellation fee to reissue the check. I think it's completely unreasonable considering they're the ones making the address errors, not me.

What should I do, switch to bankwire? Has anyone had this issue? All I really want is for the checks to be delivered to the correct address. I don't think that's too much to ask, but I never get straight answers from them about how the checks aren't going to the right address. This is really driving me crazy.

It pisses me off to no end, but it happens to us too. All the time. I think that is how they force you to pay a $30 cancelled check fee and a $30 wire fee. One way or another, they always seem to find a way to get you.

About 3 weeks ago we didn't get a check until 9 days after they said they sent it. But, then again, maybe out postman is an idiot, who knows...
