Digital Rebel XT and Photoshop RAW Help!
I only purchased photoshop CS a few months ago before CS2 came out. Now Adobe is telling me I have to UPGRADE to use the camera raw feature with my Digital Rebel XT?
Has anyone done this successfully with CS (1) ? Help! I'm lost and annoyed. |

Well after talking with an engineer there is no other option. I got a discounted upgrade and it's on the way - but you know..
I am one of those people who ALWAYS buy licenses for my software. I don't judge people who pirate programs, it's just something I don't do. But It seems lately I keep getting jaded about situations like this. I could have had a nice night in a hotel for the girlfriend and I, but instead I paid to upgrade a product I bought 4 months ago. But don't get me wrong. Photoshop is a fantastic product and worth every cent. |

I use an older Digital Rebel and Photoshop CS had no problem with the raw images. Maybe this is different with the Rebel XT. You know that there are at least two or possibly three different versions of the Canon interface software? Check the Canon site and maybe the newer version will work.
